(EXTRA), SEPT. 1, 2015 (BHDR 10, 1937 SAKA) [Authorized English Translation] HARYANA GOVERNMENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT Notification The lst September; 2015 No. G.SR: 16/Const /Art.309/2015.~In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Environment Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely: These Rules may be called the Haryana Environment Department (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2015. 2 In the Haryana Environment Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1998,in Appendix B, under column 3 & 4, against Serial Number 14, for the existing items, the following items shall be substituted, namely 3 Matric; By transfer/deputation ii) should have light transport vehicle valid driving Matric; Licence, at least three years old; should have light transport vehicle valid driving (iii) should have passed the driving test conducted by Licence, at least three years old; the Haryana Staff Selection Commission; (iii) three years experience of driving light transport (iv) should not be colour blind; vehicle; Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or higher (iv) should not be a colour blind; education.
