8/7/2019 Notification S.O. 1199(E) PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA PART-IL, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii), EXTRAORDINARY MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th October , 2003 S.O. 1199 (E): In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 8 read with Sub- section (1) of Section 10 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Vinod K Dhall as Member of the Competition Commission of India for a period of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
