BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Sixtysecond Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 13 (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Marine Fishing Short title Regulation (Amendment) Act; 2011 and commence- (2) It shall come into force onsuch date as the State Government may, by ment notification, appoint Tamil Nadu 2 .
