(1) The decision of the State Government, or the decision of the Uirector against which an appeal lies to the State Governmen1 but is not filed within the specified period, as to whether the conditions laid down in or under any of the provisions of this Act have been satisfied, shall be final, and no civil court shall have the jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceedings in respect thereof.]
No prosecution, suit or other proceeding shall Lie against any Government offcer or other authority veslcd with powers undci this Act for anything in good faith done or inlendcd lo be done thercundc;

All loans granted under the Patiala and East Punjab States Union S talc Aid to Industries AcL, 2007 (Act No. 1 of 2007 Bk.) shall be deemed to be granted under and in accbrdance with the provisions of this Act and shall be recoverable in the same manner in which loans granted under this Act are recoverable.].
