GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LAW DEPARTMENT Legislative West Bengal Act III of 1990 THE WEST BENGAL HOMOEOPATHIC SYSTEM OF MEDICINE (AMENDMENT) ACT; 1990. NesxBexII WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Homoeopathic of [963. System of Medicine Act, 1963, for the purpose and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Fortieth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Homoeopathic Short title System of Medicine (Amendment) Act; 1990. and (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force On the I6th day of Eoenmence- December;, 1989. 2_ In sub-section (10) of section 15A of the West Bengal Amendment Homoeopathic System of Medicine Act, 1963 (hereinafter referred [O aS of section the principal Act), for the words "three years and six months; the words WestBen "four years; shall be substituted Act XXXIII of 1963. 3. (1) The West Bengal Homoeopathic System of Medicine Repeal and (Amendment) Ordinance, 1989, is hereby repealed saving: (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this Act Qe; Be of 1989. 5
