If a . Subhnputi or an Up-Snbhapari, or Sachivu or a member of it Gram Panchayut or an Adhakshya or , 1n Up-Adhakshya or member of Zilla Panchayat becomes a member of either house of Parliament or a member of Leg-islative Assembly, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office as Sabhapati or UpSabhapati or Suchiva or member of a Gram Panchaynt or Adhnkshya or UpAdhnkshynor member of a Zilla Panchayat, as the case may be , with effect from the date of his becoming such member and a casual vacancy shall be deemed to have occurred in such . office.
