. (l ) When an order of supersession has been passed under section 114 or the proviso to article 243N of the Constitution has been invoked to dissolve all the Panchayats , then with effect from the date of the ordcr -

(a) all the members of the Gram Panchayat or the Zilla Panchayat , as the C8_':e may be , shall vacate their offices;
