In the event of removal of an Adhukshya or an Up-Adhakshya under section 64 or when a vacancy occurs in the office of the Adhakshya or Up-Adhakshya by resignation, dea th or otherwise , the Zilla Panchuynt shall elect another Adhukshya or UpAdhakshya , as the case may be . The person so elected shall take office forthwith and shall hole! office for the unexpired term.of office of his predecessor .
