Section 115

(I) When an order of supersession has been passed under section 114 then w ith effect from the clare of the order- en) all the members of the Gram Pauchayat or the Zilla Panchayat, as the case may be , shall vacate their offices;

115. (I) When an order of supersession has been passed under section 114 then w ith effect from the clare of the order- en) all the members of the Gram Pauchayat or the Zilla Panchayat, as the case may be , shall vacate their offices; (b) allthe powers . du ties and functions which, under the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder orany law for the time being in force may be exercised, dischargco or performed by the Gram Pnnchayut or Zilla Panchnyat , as the case may be , shall be exercised, discharged or performed by such authority; person or persons as may be appointed by the State Government in this behalf; (c) all properties vested in the Gram Panchnyut orZilla Punchayat , as the case mily be, shall remain vcsrcdin the Stille Government until the reconstitution of such Gram Panchnyat or Zilla Pnnchayur . (2) On the reconstitution ofrhe Gram Panchayat.orZilla Panchayat, as the case may be , the authority, person or persons appointed under clause (b) of subsection (I) shall cease to exercise his functions.
