, (I) All expenses incurred by the Gram Panchayat or the Zilla Panchayat conccrned jn complying with any requisition of the auditor under section 88 and in prosecuting an offender under section 89 shall be paid from the Fund of the Gram Panchayat or the Zilla Punchayat concerned,
