The Up-Subhup . iri shall- (a) in the absence of the Snbhnpnti rcgul.ue the meetings of the Gr,11l1 Pnnchay.u; (b) exercise such of thepowers and perform such other functions and discharge such of the duties 01't11e Subhnpari ,IS the Sabhupau may , [ ' 10m time to time , delegate to him by order in writing: Provided 111<\the Subhapati may at any time withdraw all or ,111)'of the powers , functions and duties so delegated to the Up-Snbhapnri; (c) during the absence of the Subhupati , exercise all the powers, perform nil the functions and discharge all the duties 01 ' the Subhup.ui.
