. A Gram Panchnyut may prepare in each year supplementary estimate provi -ding 1'01' <In) ' mod ificnrion of it~;budget and su bmi tit to the SUIte Government for approval through the Zilla Panchayat of the District concerned within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed .
