6 . In the Principal Act, in section 16 :- clause (g) shall be omitted; (2) for clause (i), the following clause shall be substituted namely:-" (i) if he has been convicted by the Court of an offence involving moral turpitude or has been sentenced to imprisonment for a term exceeding six months for any other offence".
