19 · (i) Measures to be taken during interregnum: After dissolution of the Commission, the State Government shall constitute a committee of experts comprising of five members to study and make recommendations to the Department of Minorities Welfare regarding identifying minorities based on data collected and analyzed in the Bihar Caste based survey, 2022 -23 and to submit a comprehensive report to the department. For the purpose of preparation of report the department may nominate people from different religious and linguistic minorities.
