(c) the Industrial Development Commissioner or, as the case may be, the Principal Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Industrial Development Department ; (d) Two persons nominated by the Board of Governors one of whom shall also be appointed as the convener of the Committee by the Board of Governors.
