CHAPTER I Preliminary Title . -These rules may be called the Karnataka Planning Authority Rules, 1965. Definitions. -In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires.- (i) "Act" mean the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961; (ii) "Form" means a Form appended to these rules; (iii) "Section" means a section of the Act. CHAPTER II Constitution Manner of nomination of representative of local authority.- The nomination of the representative of the local authority under clause (iii) of sub -section (3) of Section 4-C shall be made by election from among the members of the local authority concerned.
