Ambedkar Veedhi, Bangalore, Dated: 07.05.2025 ## NOTIFICATION Whereas, the draft of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Development of Land in areas other than Local Planning Areas) Regulations, 2025 which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4-K of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1961) was published as required by section 13-E of the said Act, in notification No. UDD 16 TTP 2023 dated: 30.01.2025 in part 4A of the Karnataka Gazette Dated:14.02.2025 inviting the objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. And whereas the objections and suggestions received have been considered by the State Government. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4-K of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961, (Karnataka Act 11 of 1961) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following Regulations, namely:- ## REGULATIONS 1. Title and commencement.(1) These Regulations are called the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Development of Land in areas other than Local Planning Areas) Regulations,2025. - (2) It shall extend to the urban and rural local body jurisdictions where Local Planning Area has not been declared under the Act. - (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. 2.
