MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (Department of Women& Child Development) NOTIFICATIONS S.0.99(E), dated New Delhi, the 31st January; 1992.-In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Commission for Women, Act; 1990 (20 of 1990), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st day of January, 1992, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
