RS-4-XIII-2001.-State Government has notified Madhya Pradesh Electricity Reforms Transfer Schemes Rules. 2006 vide Notification dated 3rp June 2006 whereby the functions, properties, interest rights and obligations of the Residual Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board relating to Bulk Purchase and Bulk Supply of Electricity along with the related agreements and arrangements have been transferred and vested in Madhya Pradesh Power Trading Company Limited (TRADECO). In order to keep the retail tariff uniform in the entire State without sacrificing the incentive for loss reduction & efficiency gains by Discoms during the transient phase of powersector reforms and since the revenue requirement are different for all the thra: Discoms, the State Government reallocated the capacity available as on February 2007 vide Gazette' Notificaion No. 1929-F. RS-4-XIII-2001, dated 14th March 2007. With me similar intent, vide this order. the State Government supersedes Gazette Notification No. 1929-F. RS-4XIll-2ool. dated 14th March 2007 in order to allocate new capacities and achieve the same objective of maintaining uniform retail tariff in the entire State and hence reallocates the capacity available as on date to the three Distribution companies in the manner prescribed below: Ii) Summary. of total installed generation capacity available to the State:- Table-l : Total Available Generation Capacity "11.
