No. 238-F.R.S.-17-XIII-2002-In pursuance of the provisions of Section 133 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), Section 24 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Sudhar Adhiniyam, 2000 (No.4 of 2001) read with the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Reforms First Transfer Scheme Rules, 2003 and the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Reforms Transfer Scheme Rules, 2006 and all other applicable provisions of law, the Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment in the order No. 8460-F. R.
