No. 6061-F.RS.-6-2007-XIII.—IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), (2), (5), (6) and (7) of Section 131 and Section 133 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) read with sub-section (1), (2) and (3) of Section 23, 24 and sub-section (2) of Section 56 of the Madhya Pradesh . Vidyut Sudhar Adhiniyam, 2000 (No. 4 of 2001), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Reform First Transfer Scheme Rules, 2003, namely :—· AMENDMENT In the said rules, after sub-rule (11) of rule 7, the following Note shall be added at the end, namely :— "Note :· For the purpose of sub-rule (10) and (11) above, the appointed date for apportionment of terminal benefits liabilities among the successor companies of Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board shall be treated as 1st June, 2005.". 875 ' TrtzukT * ii-ermre * TWA .541 31lt8TFR
