State Government has notified Madhya Pradesh Electricity Reforms Transfer Schemes Rules 200 vide Notification dated 3rd June 2006 whereby the functions, properties, interest rights and obligations of the Residuzl Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board relating to Bulk Purchase and Bulk Supply of Electricity along with the related agreements and arrangements have been transferred and vested in Madhya Pradesh Power Trading Company Limited (TRADECO) 2 In Ordzr t0 keep the retail tariff uniform in the entire State without sacrificing the incentive for loss reduction efficiency gains I by Discoms during the transient phase of power sector reforms and since the revenue requirement are different for all the thrze Discoms, the State Government reallocated the capacity arailable as on February 2007 vide Gazette Notificaion No 1929-F RS-4-XIII-2O0I , dated ]4th March 2007 . 3.
