Ltd: 2. M: P Power Management Co. Ltd. for its functions of managing CFM will maintain separate bank books, ledger and other records 3. The bank accounts being maintained by MPSEB will henceforth be transferred in name of MP Power Management Co Ltd. and will be operated by MP Power Management Co Ltd. with the same authorizations.
