If a lecturer of a College resigns from his/her service or dies in service and even if a newly appointed teaching staff in his/her place is not eligibleladmissible to receive GIABlock grant;, the Demonstrator/Lab. Assistant/Lab. Attendant of concerned subject who is eligible and admissible as per the yardstick is entitled to receive the GIABlock grant for the post in which helshe has been appointed. 3. If a teaching staff who is getting GIA/Block grant resigns from his/her service or dies in service and the Governing Body of the College has elevated another lecturer of the same College who has been appointed as per hislher eligibilityladmissibility is entitled to receive the GIA/Block grant in the former post of the lecturer who resigns or dies in service. As per the above decisions the relevant provision of the Grant-in-Aid Order; 1994,2004,2008 2009 is hereby amended: ORDER Or
