No. 98/2014—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 7-C of the Odisha Education Act, 1969 (Odisha Act 15 of 1969), the State Government do hereby make the following order further to amend the Odisha (Non-Government Colleges, Junior Colleges and Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid Order, 2008, namely :— (1) This order may be called the Odisha (Non-Government Colleges, Junior Colleges and Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid (Amendment) Order, 2014. It shall apply to the Non-Government Colleges, Junior Colleges and Higher Secondary Schools. It shall come into force with effect from the 1st January, 2014. 2. In the Odisha (Non-Government Colleges, Junior Colleges and Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid Order, 2008, (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), for paragraph 9, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely :— "9. The rate of block grant and management's liability — a Non-Government Educational Institution, which will be notified as an Aided Educational Institution, in accordance with this order shall not ipso facto be eligible to receive grant-in-aid. Such an institution will only be eligible to receive grant-in-aid in shape of block grant in accordance with paragraph 16 in respect of the approved teaching and non-teaching posts in that institution, which are eligible to receive grant-in-aid in accordance with the provision of this order." In the said order, for sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 16, the following sub-paragraph (1) shall be substituted, namely :— "(1) The teaching and non-teaching employees of the Non-Government Educ
