Act XIX of 1973 WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Sri-Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-eighth Year of the Republic of India_ by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows I. This Act may be called the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Short title Mahapitha (Amendment) Act, 1977. 2. In section 4 of the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Amendmentof Act; 1973 (hereinafter referred to section 4 of as the said Act), for the words West Ben.
