West Ben. Act XIX of 1973. GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT West Bengal Act VII of 1979 THE SRI RAMKRISHNA SARADA VIDYA MAHAPITHA (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1979. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the President was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 3rd April, 1979.] [3rd April, 1979.] An Act to amend the Sri Rainkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Thirtieth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- This Act may be called the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha (Amendment) Act, 1979. In section 4 of the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "six years", the words "eight years" shall be substituted.
