[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the President was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 5th April, 1977.] [5th April, 1977.] An Act to amend the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Sri -Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :- This Act may be called the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Shon title. Mahapitha (Amendment) Act, 1977. In section 4 of the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), for the words "four years", the words "six years" shall be substituted.
