[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the President was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 9th May, 1973.] [9th May, 1973.] An Act to amend the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- This Act may be called the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Short title. Mahapitha (Amendment) Act, 1973. For section 4 of the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Substitution Act, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the following section of new section shall be deemed always to have been substituted, namely:— "Power of the 4.
