No. B-4-12-2015-2-V (17),—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 69, read with Section 16-A (1) and 63~A of the Registration Act, 1908 (No. 16 of 1908) as applicable to the State of Madhya Pradesh, the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in public interest to do so, hereby directs that registration of m 310] documents as per provisions of the said Act, shall be done only by means of "e—registration" through the Department's Electronic Registration System~ "SAMPADA", with effect from 1" August, 2015. In case of any urgency or unavoidable circumstances, the Inspector General of Registration may proceed as per the provisions of the Act or the Madhya Pradesh Registration Rules, 1939, made under Section 69 of the Act.
