GOVT: GAZ (EXTRA ) JUNE 19,2009 383 HARYANA (JYST. 29. 1934 SAKA) [Authorised English Translation] HARYANA GOVERNMENT JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT DEPARTMENT SOCIAL Notification The [9th June, 2009 56/2007/5.32/2009 _In exercise of the powers conferred No.S.O.54/C.A: (2) of section 32 of the Maintenance and by sub-section (1) read with sub-Section Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act; 2007 (Central Act 56 of 2007), the of Hayana hereby makes the following tules, regulating the maintenance Govemor and welfare of parents and senior citizens namely CHAPTER 1 Preliminary Maintenance of Parents Short title and 1. 1) These rules may be called the Haryana, commencement and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their notification in the Official Gazette_ requires; Definitions 2.
