Section 9 — The Neotia University Act, 2014

9. Fixation of fees in professional courses:— (1 ) The State Government shall determine the tuition fees for professional courses, by notification, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act. (2) The University subject to the provisions of the Act, shall be bound to follow the instructions and directions given by the Regulatory Committee or the State Government, as the case may be: Provided that in ease of any conflict directions ,riven by the Regulatory Committee and the State ( overnment, the State Government's directions shall prevail.
