6. Constitution of the Committee:— ( ) The Regulatory Committee shall cot tsist of the following members:— (a ) the Chairman- who shall be an Officer ofthe State Government not below the rank of a Special Secretary to the Government of West Bengal and to be appointed by the State Government by Order; (b) the Vice Chairman (Academic.) of the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education,-Ex-officio- member; (el One Vice Chancellor of ii State-aided University, to be nominated by the State (jovernment, Or a period of two years: (dl the Director of Public instruction, West Bengal. Ex-officio member, (e) the Director of Technical Education, West Bon al, Ex-officio member. and
