Section 5 — The Neotia University Act, 2014

5. Regulatory Committee:— There shall be a Regulatory Committee to be constituted in the manner hereinafter provided, for the purposes of the Act. (3) 'I he Regulatory Committee shall meet in such place and on such time as the Committee may decides from lime to time: Provided that the Conunittee shall not use am premises provided by the University concerned for convening its meeting.
