(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Definitions: (1) In this Scheme, unless the context otherwise requires _ (a) 'Act" means the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) , Act, 2014 (7 of 2014) (b) Annexure" means an annexure appended to this Scheme (c) "Form means a form appended to this Scheme (d) "rule" means rules made under section 36 of the Act (e) "section" means a section of the Act "Schedule" means a schedule appended to the Act orthe rules, as the case may be 769 ) 770 CHD.
