Government of Rajasthan Forest Department No.- F.15 (33) Forest/ 98 Jaipur, dated 25.10.2017 Notification In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to rule 2 of the Rajasthan Forest (Produce Transit) Rules, 1957 and in supersession of the department's notification number 15 (33) Forest/ 98/Pt dated 30.07.2010, the State Government hereby exempts from the operation of the said rule, the movement of all Bamboo species within the State of Rajasthan by any mode of transport (mechanized or non-mechanised) except Dendrocalamus strictus species of Bamboo in the districts of Udaipur, Banswara, Pratapgarh, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur and Sirohi.
