GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN REVENUE GR: VII DEPARTMENT No. F.2 (1) (2) Rev. 8/73 Jaipur, Dated 9th Feb. 83 ORDER In pursuance of the provision of sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Rajasthan Forests Produce Transit) Rules, 1957 , and in supersession of this departments Notifications No.F.15(3) Rev.A/ 58 dated 9.5.61 and F.2(1)(2) Rev.8/73 dated 6.10.1976, the State Government hereby authorizes the following officers to issue Transit Passes under the said rules, but subject to the conditions noted against each namely: 1.TEHSILDAR In respect of forest produce derived from trees and other forest growth standing on Revenue lands within their territorial jurisdictions and placed under the control: Provided that the Transit Passes shall not be issued in following cases namely: (a) For destinations which are not within the territorial limits of their Tehsils: (b) Where the produce has not been proved to have been procured in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act and the Rules framed thereunder or any other law or Government order in force; or (c) Where the transportation of the produce is undertaken by rail or any mechanized means road transport: 2.SUB-DIVISIONAL OFFICER In respect of forest produce derived from trees and other forest growth standing on Revenue lands within their territorial jurisdictions and placed under the control: Provided that the Transit Passes shall not be issued in following cases namely: (a) For destinations which are not within the territorial limits of their sub-divisions: (b) Where the produce has not been proved to have been procured in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act and the Rules framed thereunder or any other law or Government order in force; or (c) Where the transportation of the produce is undertaken b
