Power of Central Government to make rules

95. Power of Central Government to make rules (1) The Central Government may 11 [after consultation with the Corporation and] subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules not inconsistent with this Act for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions thereof. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matter, namely,-
