10. Article of Association of a A Company— (a) Where the Company has no share capital. (b) When the company has nominal share capital or increase the share capital. Exemption: Articles of any Association not formed for profit and registered under section 26 of Companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956) Award, that is to say, any decision in writing by an arbitrator or umpire, not being an award directing a partition, on a reference made otherwise than by an order of the Court in the course of a suit- (a) Where the award is quantified in monetary terms. (b) | Where the award does not lend itself to quantification in monetary terms. Bond [as defined by section 2(5)] not being a debenture (no. 27) and not being otherwise provided for by this Act, or by the Court Fees Act, 1870. Exemption: Bond, when executed by any person for the purpose of guaranteeing that the local income derived from private subscription to or hospital or derived from private charitable dispensary or hospital or utility, shall charitable any other object of public utility, shall specified sum per any other object of public not be less than a specified sum per mensem.
