HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 12th May, 2016 No.14074.— In pursuance of rule 3(1)(4) of Haryana Veterinary Council Rules, 1988, the undersigned hereby fix the following dates for holding of election of the members from amongst the persons enrolled in the Haryana Veterinary Council Practitioners Register, under clause (a) of Sub-section(1) of Section 32 of Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984, in accordance with the provisions of the rules. 1. RECEIPT OF NOMINATIONS: Nomination from amongst the registered veterinarians of Haryana Veterinary Council may be filed in person or by registered post up to 19.05.2016 (Thursday) (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) in the office of the Returning Officer in Form-A which is available in the office of the Returning Officer and on website of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Haryana at www.pashudhanharyana.gov.in 2. SCRUTINY OF NOMINATIONS: It will be done on 20.05.2016 (Friday) 3. WITHDRAWAL OF NOMINATIONS PAPERS: The application for withdrawal of nomination papers shall be entertained up to 24.05.2016 (Tuesday) (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) 4. DECLARATION OF VALID NOMINATIONS: The names of valid nominees will be declared on 27.05.2016 (Friday) and they shall be informed by registered post under intimation to their proposers and seconders and a list of such candidates will be displayed in the office of the Returning Officer on 27.05.2016 (Friday) (9.00 am to 11.00 am) and on website of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Haryana at www.pashudhanharyana.gov.in 5. DESPATCH OF BALLOT PAPERS: The Ballot Papers shall be despatched to the electors/registered veterinarians by registered letters from 09.06.2016 (Thursday). 6.
