Uttar Pradesh Shasan Stamp Evam Registration Anubhag-2 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 13/2025/914/ 94-2-2025-700(76)/2024, dated 29 July, 2025: Notification Order No. 13/2025/914/94-2-2025-700(76)/2024 Lucknow; Dated : 29 July, 2025 In exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended from time to time in its application to the State of Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the following amendment in Government notification no. S.V.K.N.5-462/XI-2006-500(92)-2005, dated February 23, 2006 as amended from time to time:- Amendment In the aforesaid notification, for the words, "ten lakh", wherever occurring in the aforesaid notification, the words "one crore" shall be substituted.
