Security for due administration.—The 4 [Authorised Officer] of 5 [a Government Savings Bank] may take such security as he thinks necessary from any person 6 [to whom he pays any money under sub-section (4) of section 4A] for the due administration of the money so paid, and he may assign the said security to any person interested in such administr ation.
