(5) The festivals specified by the Inspector under sub-rule (4) shall be
communicated to the employer in Form No. III. The employer shall, within seven days of
receipt of the communication, exhibit in his industrial establishment a copy thereof in
such manner as can be readily seen and read by the employees.
