ESTATE: NEW DELHI-llO 002 No.F3(16 )/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/ gee, NOTIFICATION N0.F3(16)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017—18/- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following officers for purpose of the Act:- Commissioner of State Tax Special Commissioners of State tax Additional Commissioners of State Tax Joint Commissioners of State Tax Assistant CommiSsioners of State Tax Goods and Services Tax Officer Goods and Services Tax Inspector (as per provisions of section 3(g) of the DGST Act 2017) ' The officers of above said categories already appointed under Section 66 of DVAT Act 2004 shall continue to perform statutory functions till such time the provisions of DVAT Act 2004 continue to exist. , Concurrently, the abovementioned categories of officer(s) as appointed under Section 3 read with sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall perform statuary and other functions under the DGST Act.
