Section 150

. Civil suit relating to record-of-rights and certain other matters barred . — Subject to the provisions of section 139, no suit shall be brought in any civil court in respect of any matter concerning the entries in, or preparation of, a record-of-rights, the framing, publication, signing or attestation of such record or of any part of it, or the determination of rent-rates under the provisions of this Chapter.
