. Application of Indian Limitation Act, 1908 . — Sections 4, 5 and 12, sub -section (2) of section 14 and sub -sections (1) and (2) of section 17 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908, shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to applications and other proceedings under this Act.
