Section 157

. Determination of rent on partial ejectment . — When a tenant is ejected under an order of a court from a part only of his holding which is assessed to fixed money rent, or being entitled to surrender a part of such holding legally surrenders such part, either he or his landholder may apply for the determinations of the rent of the remainder.
