XVII, Naharlagun , Friday , April 23 , 2010 Vaisakha 3 , 1932 (Saka) GOVERNMENT OFARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND FAMILYWELFARE CIVIL SECRETARIAT ITANAGAR NOTIFICATION The 9th March , 2010 No. APMC-13/2004/611 . -In exercise of the power conferred by Section 15 of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Act , 2004 (Act No . 4 of 2004), read with sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules , 2006 the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council with the previous sanction of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the " Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules , 2006" , namely:- Short title and commencement: (i) These rules may be called as the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council (Amendment) Rules , 2009. (ii) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 2nd January , 2009 . 2 . In the " Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules , 2006", after the existing entry in Rule 20 (2) , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely :- " Provided that , the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council , if considered it expedient so to do with the previous sanction of the State Government, may move a motion under Rule 10(1) and adopt a resolution to that effect for appointment of short term Registrar-cum-Secretary from amongst the senior medical practitioners (preferably post Graduate) , till such time a whole time salaried registrar-cum-secretary is appointed " .
