The Arunachal Pradesh Gazette EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No_ 34 Vol; XVII, Naharlagun; Friday; April 23, 2010 Vaisakha 3 1932 (Saka) GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHALPRADESH DEPARTMENT OF HEALTHAND FAMILY WELFARE CIVIL SECRETARIAT ITANAGAR NOTIFICATION The 9th March; 2010 No. APMC-13/2004/611_ ~ In exercise of the power conferred by Section 15 of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Act, 2004 (Act No_ 4 of 2004) , read with sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules 2006 the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council with the previous sanction of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the "Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules, 2006" , namely Short title and commencement (i) These rules may be called as the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council (Amendment) Rules, 2009 (ii) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 2nd January; 2009. 2 In the "Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules, 2006" , after the existing entry in Rule 20 (2) , the following proviso shall be inserted, namely "Provided that; the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council; if considered it expedient so to do with the previous sanction of the State Government, may move a motion under Rule 10(1) and adopta resolution to that effect for appointment of short term Registrar-cum-Secretary from amongst the senior medical practitioners (preferably post Graduate) , till such time a whole time salaried registrar-cum-secretary is appointed" .
