Protection of action taken . —N —No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any member of the Committee, the Executive Board or any sub-committee, the Director Gurdwara Elections or any other officer or employee of the Committee for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
